With some thirty years experience running events and parties of every size and for any excuse, Peter readily admits to finding each event a challenge and a delight.

"Tastes, aspirations and attitudes are continuously evolving and each year, something completely different is thrown at us.

"Our challenge is to interpret the request and deliver it with Nadder panache, making certain that the details are followed to the letter.

"I have often described my role as a 'hand-holding exercise' and for many brides and mothers, this is still the case.

"I take a personal pride in everything we do, from the essential tasting to checking that everything has been cleared from the venue.

"Nadder is a small operation by design and this enables us to be totally responsive and to retain our flexible approach."
